I have tried to be as clear as possible, both in the construction of the template and in the tutorial.
I don't know if I have succeeded.
I will wait a few days before indexing it to the general index and to the "How to" index so that you can review it if you want.
Any suggestions for improvement will be listened to.

re. How to - 12...
looks good, but I'll leave to the (target) audience out there to assess the quality of the goods :)...
meanwhile you should make it to the How To's index pages already, so that some epub/pdf/html edit proofs should be done, as usual.
thanks
I was digging into this for
I was digging into this for about 20m earlier today when my power started flapping. Despite my UPS taking the box down gracefully, I ended up in a weird situation where I couldn't boot into X due to fsck failures happening under the hood. I'm back now but just don't want to computer any more today :D I'll get back into this soon though. The read so far seemed quite clear and I'm looking forward to seeing what you've discovered.
re. How to - 12...
already up for (p)review:
thanks (a lot)
FYI, Some of the links on
FYI, Some of the links on that page appear to be broken. For example, https://www.rncbc.org/qtractor-index.html#Intro
More importantly, the .qtt file referenced is not available for download either.
I managed to get the .qtt
I managed to get the .qtt loaded (links are still broken though) and see this...
re. Some of the links on...
please disregard the top header links/menu....
they will be only meaningful when published to the final target place.
cheers && thanks anyway
re. managed to get the .qtt..
now, then, my guess it's probably a browser-borne translation/transcoding issue: those gibberish you see are most probably the Unicode emojis that G3N-es embedded in the track's name originally?...
maybe it would be better to stuff the .qtt in a .zip, perhaps? or else make it UTF-8?
ps. or, this worked just fine for me, at least on FF: Save Link As... and the the embedded unicode stuff in the .qtt shows up alright as in G3N-es's screenshots.
ah, for the download... user
ah, for the download... user error I guess as I just clicked on it expecting to be prompted.
I have found several problems that I am going to fix:
1 The MarkDown layout is translated differently in the final files.
This displaces the CC assignment image.
2 I entered a note in [4.6.8. Automation](Manual - 4 Qtractor--An Overview/#468-automation), referring to the How to. I must update the link.
3 I am going to change the wording of ## Customization to make it a little more understandable.
4 I have reviewed the document in Kate and I was in UFT8. I have kept it again to make sure.
I have also created a Zip.
I have given them.
@windowsrefund looks to see if they look correctly.
If I will not change the symbols in the template for
[¡] Fader
> CH, CH>
I thought that being unicode -independent symbol of the language were not going to have a problem.
re. going to fix...
just tell when done and the stuff will be rendered from point blank :)
thanks again
If the .zip fixes the emoji issue, that's it
I don't quite understand what's causing the error.
If it continues to cause a conflict, I'll have to edit the template and the image.
re. How to - 12... (rev.2)
updated once more:
nb. the new attachment (.qtt/.zip) is certainly a no-op on the .epub and .pdf, but should work as intended on the .html;)
I edited again (I hope so now)
I have included a note with an alternative link (in text mode, without link formatting) to Sourceforge.
I have also added two versions of the template in the zip, normal and without emoji.

re. How to - 12... (rev.3)
edited and updated to 2025-01-10 08:00+0000
as said, there's no need for the alternative link: the new attachment (zip) will be effective on the [epub] and [pdf] only when published to https://qtractor.org/doc/ but should work as is on the [html]
cheers
Let's see now
In #Practical Example I added a line break to each point so that it is displayed correctly.
I deleted the extra link (I didn't understand well :) )

[epub] [pdf] [html]
thanks
Almost...
In "Practical" I see that you have corrected it at the end with a numerical listing and you have managed to make it work.
However, in the PDF and Epub it coincides with a page break generated by the image and the number 1 is repeated.
I have made the first point not a listing, but just normal introductory text. That should fix it.

I am sorry about these incidents, the final result is somewhat unpredictable. But based on errors I think I am getting used to the limitations. Maybe next time I will get it right the first time.
