as said, dssi-vst is about to present and list windows VSTs that are found under the directories listed on VST_PATH env.var.

one question, do you have any windows VSTs around? 2nd. question: do you have VST_PATH set with the directories where they are located, if any? if either case is false, then, nothing appears on qtractor's plugin selection window.
