qjacktl-0.5.0 binary for windows

I'm desperately looking for a binary of qjacktl-0.5.0 for windows10, 64 bit.

I've been searching a lot, but couldn't find any to download, even older ones not.

Can anyone help me with this?

i maybe mistaken but i somewhat remember that Kjetil used to have it bundled on Radium

i may not help you more than this, 'coz windows are not my thing :)
