yeah, I would like to override existing events... I'm not sure I understand what you're saying - I tried and existing events never get overriden by the new ones, they just stay there both; of course visually you only see the higher one, but if I delete it I still see the lower one.
I monitored the output with qmidiroute and I saw that, if two events are overlayed, both get outputted, in the order they were entered in
