ardour problem with qjackctl

I'm new to ubuntu studio. tried Ardour 3 with m-audio fastrack soundcard. It worked at first but now, every time I load Ardour, I get the following message:

Could anybody help? I would be very grateful

i'd suggest you to ask this on the ardour.org forums.

none of the above messages looks in anyway related to qjackctl or in anything you may find here of help. sorry.
