Compiling rubberbandlib on Windows

Hi,

This is a bit of an odd question to ask you given this site's focus on Linux audio, but I found a hint on Google that you may have had experience compiling Rubber Band on Windows. I've never compiled a Linux library on Windows before so I'd really appreciate any tips to get me started.

i don't quite recall what or when was it, but I'll be pretty sure that i would be using the MinGW and MSYS toolchain on windows for such a job...

but it probable was way long ago and i didn't had the chance nor the will to repeat the feat ;)
