yes, you're right, i see that too, now that you mention it...
consider it a qt (4 and 5) graphical glitch--it's not causing crashes, making you throw the towel to floor, or is it? ;)
i'll suggest you a workaround: as the Shortcuts dialog window size and position gets saved across run-cycles, please change its width, at WM level that is, to get it wider enough for you not having a chance to scroll the dang thing horizontally.
from that moment on you'll forget about the glitch, i promise you.
