the grid in qtractor always represent musical metronomic time. not clock time.

imho. clock time divisions, as in h:m:s, doesn't make much sense for music production. you probably heard this argument a lot before, but yet again, qtractor is a (music) sequencer, though with some DAW features.

all that for an answer that is a simple no. sorry :)
