I double-checked everything and was correctly logged in, but I still couldn't edit and there was no Create Page button. Then I noticed that I can't even edit my personal page on sourceforge (I get the same error) and that the account creation date is years before I actually created it. So it looks like my sourceforge account may be broken :-)

I'm not sure what their support is like, but will contact them and see if they can help. If they can, I'll hopefully then be able to update the wiki.
