Just added the SHIFT mode to clip resizing a few minutes ago (cvs; qtractor 0.0.9.799+) which, as promised, also applies time-stretching in reciprocal proportion to the size change.

Due to that lockup bug's been stomped earlier today, this thread can now put to rest. Or so I believe, you tell me :)
