If it does turn out to be a Calf issue, please let me know the details and I'll report. As I say, I'm not sure if they'll reply but I'll certainly try.
it certainly is Calf lacking of proper hints for those input control port properties.
look! if you try on Ardour and edit plugins parameters with generic controls, you'll get the same issue or behavior. and that goes for any other LV2 host out there.
