Panning a plugin synth

Hi!

I have a song in qtractor (qt). I have added a track with a Noize Makär (NM) softsynth and can play it both "manually" and using clips. Great!

Now I want to pan it. The mixer doesn't influence the track and NM has no pan setting (only volume). So how do I pan my sound?

it depends on plugin implementation or configuration, whether it recognizes or reacts to midi cc#10 (ie. official gm/gs/xg controller for panning)

qtractor's mixer midi pan sliders just sends cc#10 over midi tracks/buses--it doesn't affect audio signal whatsoever, never did, at least directly :)

So this (CC#10) is in other words something that Noize Maker doesn't support.

can't tell whether TAL-NoizeMaker doesn't support, might just not be configured that way on default...

does it work for CC#7 (channel volume) ?
