Midi timing quantization effect (Qtractor < svn1972)

Hello Rui,

I'm now listening to The Speeding Train with JACK running at 2048 frames/period (3 periods/buffer @48Khz so system latency of 128ms) and everything is mostly in sync. This is with Qtractor 0.4.8.67, so svn rev. 1974. Some notes are still sounding a bit hasty but all in all it is listenable.
With 0.4.8 the notes are jumping all over the place so svn rev 1972 is definitely an improvement!
