HI- new to the forums.
I have been using qpwgraph for the last year and it is very useful.
However having upgraded to the latest ( 5.2) I find it unusable.
I have it installed on Pop Os - on two laptops, and the behaviour is the same on both.
It opens fine, but the minute I try to save something with the patchbay, it locks up and I have to kill it using System manager.
It also refuses to save any configurations.
Amazingly frustrating.
Anybody else having this??
Cheers

re. Latest qpwgraph constantly crashing??
definitely not everyone, I guess...
where and how did you get yours from? is it the flatpak or a native build? take note that any support for the former (flatpak) is not that highly favored here; try the other ones, build it for debug purposes and catch a gdb crash dump on your premises, please.
it's been working flawlessly here (opensuse TW; pipewire 0.3.77; Qt 6.5.2) :)
cheers
ps. please try to backup and (re)move your current configuration file (~/.config/rncbc.org/qpwgraph.conf) and check from scratch whether the issue still applies; be sure to have no instance currently running while doing so. thanks
Thanks a lot for the reply-
Thanks a lot for the reply- appreciated.
Although I have used linux a lot over the years , I am not proficient at the terminal or the coding side.
I am afraid my version of qpwgraph comes from the software app that comes with Pop os
Not sure if that is flatpak or not.?
Being ubuntu based, if I try 'sudo apt install qpwgraph' it cant find the package.
Sorry - have not gone any further :-), but willing to try to see if another version would work.
Really want to keep with pipewire , as this audio set up is great for someone like me who has several sources that are all treated very differently.
For me ,much more flexible than jack or virtual cables on windows.
Thanks again for the reply
