Right clik bug on qTractor
Hi,
I've experienced a weird bug in qtractor v 0.4.5.
(I'm on Ubuntu 10.04.1)
When i double clik on a MIDI track, the track editor window appars.
And when i make a right clik on it, qtractor close and Jack give this message :

Has somebody experienced the same bug? Has somebody a solution?
Otherwise i tried to install qtractor v 0.4.7 : but when i try to configure it, it says : "Qt 4.2 or greater is required"
Altought i had installed Qt4.7 or maybe there some library missing. I'm a newbie in linux ...

yes, this bug might well be already fixed on the latest and greatest ;)
how come you installed qt4.7 ? I think it wasn't from official ubuntu 10.04 repos, was it? Simple fact is that qt4.7 was released on last September, way after 10.04.
anyway, I would recommend you to kxstudio which should have some nice and recent qtractor packages for all the ubuntu'ers out there ;)

I was searching for a qtractor deb file for a long time.
After some difficulties in instalation and some dependencies resolving, i finaly did it.
The bug isn't present anymore in this version.

library dependance problemes!!

When i install qtrator 0.4.7, it asks for this libraries :
qtractor dépend de libqt4-xml (>= 4:4.7.0) ; cependant :
La version de libqt4-xml sur le système est 4:4.6.2-0ubuntu5.1.
qtractor dépend de libqtcore4 (>= 4:4.7.0) ; cependant :
La version de libqtcore4 sur le système est 4:4.6.2-0ubuntu5.1.
qtractor dépend de libqtgui4 (>= 4:4.7.0) ; cependant :
La version de libqtgui4 sur le système est 4:4.6.2-0ubuntu5.1.
dpkg : erreur de traitement de qtractor (--install) :
I can dowload and install them. But the (big) problem is that hydrogen (drum machine) uses older version of these libraries.
So can't I install both of these softawre ?? or is there a solution?

You could ignore the library dependencies if there's some way to do just that on deb's. I'm afraid I'm in no position to give you any safe advice on this. Sorry.
May you ask for a kxstudio's hydrogen package that has been built on libqt4.7 as well?
