Hi,
All the menus, slides are empty or hidden.
Any Idea to solve this ?

just a wild guess: looks like you have the bad and wrong widget style theme activated...could be the one from environment default... which may I ask what is?
anyway, run this from a terminal console:
then, if it looks ok, go to View > Options... > Display > Custom > Style theme, and select anything but "(default)" or "Windows" (god forgive you:)); make it "Fusion" for life!
