recording to separate tracks simultaneously

Hello,
apologies if this question has been answered elsewhere, but is it possible to simultaneously record from different inputs to separate tracks? For example, one instance of guitarix to track 1, another to track 2, and hydrogen to track 3? When connecting outputs to qtractor's inputs, I can only find one master input which records to all tracks, and have been unable to assign each output to a separate track.
