Hiya, is it best to just compile synthv1? I am on LMDE (Linux Mint Debian Edition). I've just installed qt5 and qt5-qmake so I'm hoping I should be all sorted to do the compilation.
if you still wish to build it yourself make sure you have at least these installed (and all the respective dependencies): automake, pkg-config, qtbase5-dev, qtbase5-dev-tools, qttools5-dev-tools, qtchooser, libjack-dev, libasound2-dev, lv2-dev and liblo0-dev.

Also, I found out that version 0.5.1-1 is available in the repos I already have.

v0.5.1 is way too old to be an option (2yo+)
