A new icon has been created for Clip Properties, differentiating it from editing.

Track Properties share symbology (screwdriver not pencil "edit").

Previously are used a clip type icon, when the recording activation affects the track and not the clip. Track symbology has been used consistently now.

Thanks to this I have verified that a new option is necessary in the sequencer.

Attached qtractorMainForm.ui including the icon, but no functionality.
The "Clip Midi" properties should also be available from there, where they also make more sense to access. For example, to millimetrically trim the duration of a midi clip.
I have tried to make the midi editor and the sequencer more homogeneous.
