re. Import/Export Plugins from Tracks

all is working as intended.

the file naming is just for the record, to remind you from where the plugin chain was saved originally on export;
it doesn't serve to (nor it should) rename the track (or bus) that is being loaded on import, just because it is not a track's properties that are being inserted but just a group of plugin instances.
