aha. you seem to argue about the color scheme of the newer screenshots after all :)

yes, qtractor and most of my q-thingies, just adopt the current desktop environment color scheme for that matter.

the dark gray theme you see on the newer screenshots (and pervaded to the website as well) are in fact the one set from KDE4 'Wonton Soup' color scheme.

in the end the day, so to speak, GUI functionality is not affected whatsoever, you're just using a color palette that matches your overall desktop environment . that's it ;)
