the problem you're facing is probably related to reusing a session that has been previously saved in between squashed commits...

one way to fix the situation is about changing the target bus of each non-working aux-send in audio output buses to anything but "(none)" and then again to the original.

for example: change the Aux-send in the REVERB bus from "Master" to "MIX" and then to "Master" back again--from that moment on the REVERB -> Aux-send:Master signal route should start working again.

the other way is starting with a brand new or any older session that was saved before or not under the xaudio -bus-aux branch inception.
