You may find that from the new (fussy doula) release:

qtractor_0.4.3-1.rncbc.ubuntu904_amd64.deb

taking care that you'll need the librubberband1 stuff:

librubberband1_1.4.0-1.rncbc.ubuntu904_amd64.deb

and just in case you feel brave enough to follow development up close:

librubberband-dev_1.4.0-1.rncbc.ubuntu904_amd64.deb

and there's also the collaterals:

rubberband_1.4.0-1.rncbc.ubuntu904_amd64.deb
rubberband-ladspa_1.4.0-1.rncbc.ubuntu904_amd64.deb
