How to create a triangle wave?

Hi,

How can I create a triangle wave? I tried to follow this manual https://gist.github.com/m4l3z/9cd0fe2d68feebd4029eba6954626300 where it says "For a Saw wave this sets the waveform from left-facing saw (0.0), to triangle wave (0.5) to right-facing saw (1.0).", but I don't know where/what to do.

Ps: so the manual is incorrect/outdated?? It should say..."to triangle wave (50) to right-facing saw (100)"
