Change-log:
- When enabled the current default preset settings are now read from the last known JACK D-BUS configuration.
- Minor update to Debian packaging control file.
- Removed all the remaining leftovers of old pre-FFADO 'freebob' driver support.

Hi Rui, just to let you know that this QjackCtl version has been in the LibraZiK users repo since the beginning of June.
Just forgot to mention it to you. Here is the fix.
