Qtractor broken

Hi rnbc,
So I have tried to add amSynth as a plugin to qtractor. I entered the location, pressed the Add button, and restarted Qtractor. Now it will not load at all! I havev tried upgrading Qtractor, as well as reinstalling. Maybe there is a document containing the settings, including this plugin which is not working? What would you recommend?

What exactly have you done? Can you detail the steps you've done? What doesn't load at all? Is that you tried to add some LV2 plugin path under View/Options.../Plugins ? Isn't your amSynth located on some standard place yet?
Ok. The way to insert an instrument plugin is just like adding a new MIDI track and then adding the plugin on it, either from the track's properties dialog or from its respective Mixer strip. Search for LV2 plugin listing and if too many narrow your search by typing "amSynth" on the top search field. It's not much more than just this.

Thanks, I can't remember what I did now. I think I added the path to the plugin and restarted it. I'll uninstall it later and give it a go.
