Summer is now long gone, obviously fall has already begun. As winter looms on the horizon the year steadily marches into its due end. (oh crap!...)
Today marks the day of this second public release while on the TYOQA age. It also marks yet another birthday of mine. One more year's gone, one less to go. Be happy! I hope you'd like my party as soon you get over from yesterday's bitten fruit showtime*.
Now's the time...
Yes, it's "bravo" alright, not "beta" nor anything else. Despite any previous existing codename. Now, it's all dumb-down easy to predict any next release codenames, a matter of convergence and fact that just chalks one less of a burden on me :)
Believe it or not, this is the best and, allegedly, the most stable release ever. Ain't them all? ;)
Release highlights:
* ps. as a matter of fact, bitten fruit's boss passed away on this very day; seconding his own beliefs he must have been reincarnated somehow... I wish him a jolly new journey ;)

better every time, but still buggy
Hi,
qtractor is getting better with every release, but the bugs the are still terrible.
I just now lost 30 minutes of work (I should have saved more often, I know), just because I renamed the track.
All the notes from the clip disappeared. Undo doesn't help. It's just gone.
The same thing happens often if I change the tempo (so I don't change it at all anymore).
There is probably some "proper" way to report bugs, I just wanted to report asap.
Hmm, I lost that catchy phrase, I don't remember it anymore :-( it sucks....
Re. better every time, but still buggy
the proper way to report bugs is and has always been the sourceforge.net project bug tracker. please remember, when submitting any bug report, try to explain and detail the incident(s) as much as possible as you can.
it is very important for any issue to be reproduced under control manners. otherwise we'll be just beating around the bush and not helping no one.
cheers
sorry
That was my momentary frustration. I'll try to write a reproducible instructions and report it properly. V.
