At the moment this forum consists mainly of questions, bug reports and suggestions. Just like a normal dev-related forum should probably be. However, I guess it won't hurt to sometimes change the subject to something different and introduce a different theme.
I would like to share my routine with Qtractor and some of the tunes I did with Qtractor recently.
My routine with Qtractor is simple - it is my main recorder. Anything I do - Qtractor is part of it if I want to record it. I also use Qtractor to host instrument plugins, usually Nekobee. I do use Qtractor as a midi sequencer, but not lately, simply because I do lots of spontaneous music and use external sequencers like HarmonySEQ and QMidiArp for live sequencing.
Any tune you hear from me is probably recorded and mixed down in Qtractor. My main project today, "droning", is no different. There you go, 56 tunes recorded with Qtractor:

Thanks, Rui!
Anyone else share tunes they did with Qtractor recently?
Re: Latest tunes, recorded with Qtractor
thanks Louigi,
awe! the tunes are very spacey... too lengthy and numerous for me to listen to them all carefully. the ones i heard, which were a few dozen perhaps, are very pleasant and i got the impression that they are great for relaxed, laid-back reading and... coding. who would tell that the loop is closing so soon? music made with qtractor feeding back into its code ;)
cheers
Yup! I would be happy to know
Yup! I would be happy to know that you are coding while having "droning" in the background. One of the reasons why the tunes are so long is that you would not worry they will end soon!
