Apply Crossfade on selected clips in multiple tracks

Yesterday I did some heavy editing including clips in choir tracks (similar clips in multiple tracks). It would be cool if crossfade was applied on the selected clips in multiple tracks, similar to mute and split.
Uncrossfade (Fade in and out set to 0) would be helpful, too.

but not the uncrossfade, that will be weighted on the next season, sorry once more.

Modify all properties in group
In general, all clip properties (audio and midi) should be assigned as a group if there are multiple clips selected.
This is not the first time I have cut up a clip to clean it up, and when I have wanted to apply a gain change to a part of the arrangement, I have had to go clip by clip modifying.
It is true that automation can be applied for these cases, but I find it more comfortable, simple, controllable and visual to assign the gain directly to the clip.
By the way, thanks for the early Christmas present :)
I just realized how complex
I just realized how complex it would be to apply properties by groups.
I'll get used to the workflow by automation.
