Visible grid in main pane

Snap to grid (e.g. Beat/4) to place clips works fine. But there is no visible grid smaller than Beat as it's in the MIDI editor.

Am I doing it wrong or is a visible grid smaller than Beat not available in the main pane?

I never noticed that. Like you said, snaps fine but yea, 1/4 note appears to be the max resolution despite zooming out all the way.

no, you're not doing anything wrong: there is no grid with a smaller division/width than a whole beat, in the main tracks view.
