Finally, after a frenzy full weekend without any other worries than doing 'round-da-clock nasty and boresome recoding, I have this news result that QjackCtl migration to Qt4 is now complete and all has already been committed to CVS a few minutes ago.

Yeah, Summer is here and I don't want to stay home grueling any longer.

Qsynth 0.3.0 is now out for you to try and guess what? This marks the point of no return to the aging Qt3 framework. Yes, Qt4 migration was complete.

Not much to say, but an apologise: QjackCtl 0.2.23 has been released and is the one first ever introducing explicit JACK MIDI support (JACK >= 0.107.0 is required). The version minor number did not bump as promised. Fact is I'm making that reservation for the coming and ever nearer Qt4 migration. So near that it will crash land around now sooner than after ;)

That's right. As of today and without warning, Qsynth has been officially ported to Qt4, completely and without a trace of Qt3 support. This marks the start of a series of tasks that I've been postponing for almost a year now, but the inevitable, boring and daunting effort of converting an aging Qt3 code base to Qt4 has finally seen some success.

Just a month after the previous alpha-pre-release (if one may call that so), here comes a major upgrade to this pet project of mine, now getting bigger and fatter, and counting. This time I am proud to release the first glance for the MIDI clip editor integration and raw power functionality. There's no innovation here, it is just a long due feature and taken out from the closet :)
